Apply Loose Shimmer Dust over eye primer or Stik It Glue for a waterproof, sweatproof and crease proof application.
- Apply Stik It Glue or Eye Primer lightly over the top of the area where you want to apply your shimmer eye shadow.
- Apply small amount of shimmer to your makeup brush and blend over desired area. A little shimmer goes a long way so use sparingly. Add more shimmer if needed.
OTHER USES
- When mixed with ILine Sealant the shimmer will become a long lasting waterproof wet cream eye shadow or cream eye liner.
- Mix with Pretty Girl Cosmetics Clear Lip Gloss for shimmer lips in your favorite color.
- Add to clear nail polish for a shimmer metallic nail finish.
