  • What do I do if I never receive my order?

First, check the tracking number provided to you via email. If you are unable to find the tracking number or the package is showing up as being delivered after tracking its location, please contact us via email or phone. 

  • What do I do if I experience issues with my order? i.e. missing or wrong items, poor quality, damaged, etc.

Please contact us directly via email or phone and we will work with you to ensure your issue is resolved as soon as possible. 

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Unfortunately, customers do not have the ability to modify their order once it is placed. Please contact us if you need to modify your order and we will do the best we can to accommodate your request.

  • Is the makeup safe to use?

Yes, all our makeup is specially formulated for the safety of our users. If you have a safety question regarding a particular product, please contact us. 

  • How do I make sure I order the correct shade?

If you are unsure about a product(s) for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to find what you are looking for.

  • Can Custom Team Makeup Kits be added to the website?

Yes. Once you have completed choosing products to include in your kit, we diligently add your custom kit onto our website as a new listing. Each listing provides the price, items included, and other relevant information regarding your Custom Team Makeup Kit. 

Our goal is to make your shopping experience as simple as possible. Quickly locate your kit by using the search bar located at the top right side of our website and type in the name you chose to use for your team kit. You can also pinpoint the location of your team kit by hovering over the Order Kits tab, clicking on Order Team Kits, and scrolling down the page until you see your team logo as the listing thumbnail.

  • How many times can I request free makeup samples?

Once per season. We are happy to provide you with free makeup samples to make sure you are 100% in love with our product(s) before making any commitments.

  • Can anybody request free makeup samples? 

No. A requestee must be employed by the team in which they are requesting the makeup samples for. In order to receive free makeup samples, the requestee must be one of the following:

  • Gym/Studio Owner

  • Team Coach

  • Team Manager

  • Instructor/Teacher

  • Is all of the makeup listed on the website gluten-free?

Yes, all cosmetic products listed on our website are gluten-free. We formulate our makeup to ensure all skin types are safe from harmful ingredients.
