HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
$5.00 Flat Rate is offered for website orders under 1 lb and are shipped by United States Post Office (USPS) First Class Mail. Ship time is a 1-8 day ship time depending upon your location.
Priority Shipping orders under 2 lbs are shipped using Fedex 2-3 Day or USPS Priority Shipping 1-4 days.
Orders over 2lbs and Team Orders are shipping using Fedex Ground. Ground shipments can take 1-7 days depending on your location.
WILL I RECEIVE A WEBSITE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you have not received a confirmation email when you ordered on the website, please check your junk or spam folder. If you find emails in one of these folders, move it to your primary inbox to avoid future lost emails.
If you still have not located your order or it has not arrived by the expect delivery date, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we will help update you on your order status.
HOW DO I TRACK MY WEBSITE ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number in a confirmation email when you place a website order which you can use to track your order at the appropriate carrier (fedex.com or usps.com) websites once the order has been dispatched.
You can also use our Track Your Order function under the My Account tab. It is important to create an account so that all communications can be viewed in your Account Dashboard.
Please note that the tracking will only go live once the parcel has physically started moving through the postal network - this can take 12-24 hours after you receive the dispatch email. You will then be allocated a time slot for delivery on the day of delivery.
If you have not received an email or if your order has not arrived by the expect delivery date, as per your your email, please contact us by email with your order number.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WEBSITE ORDER?
Website Order processing time is the time it takes for our Packing Department to prepare your order for shipment. If all the items are in stock, the order will be processed for shipment within 1-3 working days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TEAM ORDER?
All Team Orders invoiced using PayPal Invoicing. Once your invoice is paid Team Order or Wholesale Order processing time can range from 1 - 3 weeks depending upon the order details. Please ask for a production schedule when placing Team Orders. This time can vary based on high season, stock levels or customization of products.
Any delays in processing time due to stock issues will be communicated by email to determine if you require cancellation or will wait for a restock. You will be provided with the restock processing time in the event we are in a back order situation.
Tracking numbers for Team Orders will be sent via email from the Fedex website. We use Fedex Ground to ship all team orders. You can check your email for a notification from the Fedex website on your tracking number. All tracking numbers can be viewed on fedex.com for complete tracking information.
HOW TO CALCULATE AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE.
To estimate the time of delivery, calculate the time for processing plus shipping time.
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
This time can vary based on high season, stock levels or customization of products.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Orders can only be processed within the United States ONLY. If you want to ship an order outside on the United States, please contact email@example.com to place your order by email.
Please note delivery times and prices may vary for destinations outside the United States. Actual shipping times and cost cannot be determined until the order is ready for dispatch. Prices and shipping agent may also vary depending on the size of the order you're purchasing. Shipping estimates are given at the time of order. We will provide the best available pricing and ship time based on your location and weight of package using one of our shipping agents.
