COSMETIC OR FACE PAINTING APPLICATION:

STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR FACE MAKEUP

Since festivals are outdoors, you may want to consider using lightweight, long-lasting products to help with a long-lasting makeup application that lasts well into the night.   First, apply your face primer, then blend your foundation using a makeup blender. Finish things off with an application of primer powder to help make your look last.

STEP 2: CREATE A GRADIENT EYE SHADOW LOOK

For this look, you’ll want to use a few eye shadow colors to create an oh-so-pretty gradient effect. Since the festival season is all about bright colors, we especially love purples, pinks, and bright blues. Using the purple color, shade along your crease. Next, layer more dimension into your crease with the medium pink shade. For the lid, use the lightest purple shade all over. Next, darken the inner and outer corners of your crease using the deep blue color.

Editor’s note: When applying these shadows, you want to make sure to pat and not swipe them on. If you do swipe them onto your lids, the colors may mix and change hue.

STEP 4: ADD GLITTER

Using our Stik It Glue doe foot applicator, apply the Stik It Glue where you want to apply your festival glitter.  Dip the brush into the glitter and tap onto the wet Stik It Glue.  For added allure, you can use a few different glitters in different sizes so that your design is multi-dimensional.
