Sparklettes can be used on clean dry skin or over any eye shadow. This natural mineral is like adding tiny gemstones over the top of your makeup look.
- Apply eye shadow to desired look or to clean dry skin.
- Apply Stik It Glue or Eye Primer lightly over the top of the area where you want to apply Sparklettes.
- Apply small amount of Sparklettes to your makeup brush and pat onto the desired area. DO NOT RUB TO AVOID FALL OUT.
