1.) Is your cheer and dance makeup cruelty free?
Yes, we do not believe in animal testing.
2.) Do you ship to countries outside of the USA?
If you are interested in shipping outside the USA, contact us for pricing.
3.) Do you accept money orders?
Yes, add all your items to the shopping cart, then print out 2 copies of the cart, (save one for yourself) add $6.95 shipping and handling, send us a copy along with your money order and shipping information. See the contact page for our address.
4.) Do you have an ingredients list for your cheer makeup and dance makeup?
Yes, our products are labeled with our ingredients. If you need more information please contact us.
5.) I review makeup on (website, youtube, myspace, blog, etc.) internet, can you send me free samples?
Currently we are seeking reviews, videos, tutorials and editorials, but at this time we can not offer free samples.
6.) Do you offer free samples?
In order to keep our prices low, we do not offer free samples or sample sizes. We can provide free samples of glitter colors to ensure an exact match.
7.) Where is Pretty Girl Cosmetics made?
It is made in the USA! We don't purchase low cost overseas cosmetics from manufacturers who are not FDA approved.
8.) Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, our products are great for your proshop. See our affliate page for more details.
9.) Can I exchange the colors I purchased?
Due to the nature of our products and in order to keep our prices low, we do not offer exchanges on our products.
10.) I am having trouble with your website, (shopping cart, check out etc.) what do I do?

11.) How long before I receive my order?
All orders are generally processed in 1-3 business days. You should allow 2 weeks process time for large custom team orders.
12.) How do I get a team discount?
There are two ways to get a team discount, become and affiliate or ask for a large volume team discount.
13.) What is an affiliate?
An affiliate is basically a member of the Pretty Girl Team. Once you complete your affiliate application you may be accepted to place a link on your website to the Pretty Girl site which will enable your members to purchase directly from www.prettygirlcosmetics.com and will enable you to earn a commission on every sale. Your custom cheer or dance makeup kit can be purchased directly from our website. This is a great way to earn money for your organization and can boost your fundraiser dollars!
Go to our Affiliate page and complete a request to become an affiate. We will post your team kits, track your sales and mail you monthly checks.
14.) Can anyone become an affliate?
Yes, as long as you have a website, you can become a Pretty Girl Affiliate!
15.) What is a large volume discount?
If the affiliate program is not right for you, we can also offer team discounts for large quantity purchases. All you have to do is use our contact form to let us know how many kits you would like to order and we will determine the discount and send you a promotion code to order your kits at a substantial discount or place one large team order with FREE Shipping anywhere in the USA!
